Who can participate?

The Bosco Mini Marathon is open to all individuals, regardless of age or skill level. Whether you're a seasoned runner or a first-time participant, everyone is encouraged to join and experience the excitement of the event!

What do I get by participating?

Participants will receive a race kit, which includes a t-shirt, race bib, and various sponsor goodies. You’ll also be eligible for finisher medals, trophies (for top performers), and a post-race celebration with refreshments!

Do I need to carry ID on race day?

Yes, Participants need to bring their valid adhaar card on the race day. This is required for verification

Can I change my race or transfer my registration?

No transfer allowed

When and where do I collect my race kit?

Race kits can be collected at the official kit pickup location prior to race day. Please check the race details page for updated and latest details

What happens if I don’t show up on race day?

If you do not show up on race day, unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or transfers to another event.

Will there be medical support?

Yes, there will be fully trained medical personnel on-site during the race. Aid stations will be strategically placed along the route to provide support if needed.

What if the weather is bad or there's an emergency?

The event will proceed rain or shine unless there is a serious weather event or emergency. In such cases, updates will be provided on our website and social media channels. Your safety is our top priority.

Will my photos or information be used?

By participating in the Bosco Mini Marathon, you consent to the use of your photos and race data for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, newsletters, and event recaps. If you have concerns, please contact us.

Event Rules, Terms & Condition

Here's everything you need to know to participate safely and fairly

Please choose the event category carefully: confirmed registrations are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be modified. Provide us with an email ID/mobile number that you can check regularly, since this will be our primary means of communication during the run up to the event.

Organisers will send regular updates to the mobile number provided in the registration form: this should not be treated as spam as spam, and you shall not take any action against our bulk SMS / Email service provider and / or the Event Manager and its Sponsors.

As part of the order process, we collect following essential customer information: Name, Address, Phone Number, ID card details, blood group. The contact information is only used to get in touch with you when necessary.

Any notice sent to the email address; SMS / WhatsApp registered with the organizers shall be deemed as received by the runners.

You are aware that marathon running is an extreme sport and can be injurious to body and health. You take full responsibility in the Bosco Mini Marathon event and you will not hold the organizing committee or any of its Sponsors, members, or entities responsible for any injury or accident.

You shall consult your physician and undergo complete medical examination to assess your suitability to participate in the event.

You also assume all risks associated with participating in this event including, but not limited to, false, contact with other participants, the effects of the weather, including heat or humidity, traffic and the condition of the road, arson or terrorist threats and all other risks associated with a public event.

You agree that Bosco Mini Marathon or any of its Sponsors shall not be liable for any loss, damage, illness, or injury, that might occur because of your participation in the event.

You confirm that your name and media recordings taken during your participation may be used to publicize the event.

You confirm that, in the event of adverse event weather condition, major incidence or threats on the day, any type of force majeure or restriction by authority, the organizers reserve the right to stop/cancel/postpone the event. You understand that confirmed registrations and merchandise orders are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be modified. The organizers reserve the right to reject any application without providing reasons. Any amount collected from rejected applications alone will be refunded in full (excluding bank charges wherever applicable).

For any reason, if you cannot show up on race day, no refund of any form will be given.

Participants must personally appear for collecting the running BIBs. BIBs can be distributed in-absentee with written consent of the registered runners.

Runners must not use any unfair means to complete the run.

There is no cancellation/refund of the amount in case of a successful transaction.

For any health problems during or after running, the event organizers and event location owners will not be responsible.

Winners of each category declared by TDAA Officials will be final and binding to all participants

Total Route Supports System will be withdrawn after 04 Hours from start of 1st race of marathon (7KM).

Original Aadhar Card is compulsory for participation and should be brought to the venue. Teachers / Non teaching staff must carry their school id to the venue / proof of being a school staff.

Participants have to report to the venue at their respective reporting time. Failure to report at the start point as per the time mentioned in this form will lead to disqualification and non participation in the respective run.

Parents running alongside their child in 2km run are not allowed to touch / carry / hold hands of their child during the run. This will lead to disqualification.
